Optimizing Layouts, Workflows and Performance

June T&C works closely with Bellaflor to develop an efficient production layout that minimizes unnecessary movement of people, products and materials throughout the greenhouse and post-harvest process. Every process step is evaluated to reduce labor intensity, improve logistics and enhance overall productivity.

Alongside infrastructure development, June T&C supports Bellaflor in evaluating and implementing innovative cultivation techniques, automation solutions and crop-management technologies that contribute to higher quality standards and more consistent production.

New technologies and machinery are first tested and validated at the current facilities, allowing Bellaflor's teams to gain operational experience and measure performance before large-scale implementation in the new greenhouse project. June T&C also supports supplier selection and technology procurement, working alongside partners including JB Hydroponics, VH Systems, Agrona and TTA-ISO.
